Herzing University Legal Assisting/Paralegal associate degree program prepares students for positions assisting attorneys with legal matters. The program presents the principles of law office procedures and legal research. Core coursework also includes training on computers and application software used in the law office. Elective courses include training in criminal, property, civil, or environmental law. The program is approved by the American Bar Association.

Massage Therapy Schools
The holistic care provided by massage therapists is becoming an important part of the health care system. Massage therapy uses a variety of body manipulation techniques to reduce stress and provide treatment for soft tissue injuries to muscles and joints. Schools with massage therapy programs provide training in different massage therapy techniques, other related modalities, including hydrotherapy and spa therapy, and the business skills needed to open and run a massage therapy practice.
Blue Cliff College has diploma and degree programs in Massage Therapy. Both programs provide training in bodywork techniques, including Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, and Deep Tissue massage, along with instruction on the anatomy and physiology of the human body. Students gain hands-on experience through supervised clinical practice. In the degree program, students learn business and clinic operation skills, along with advanced therapy techniques and complimentary modalities.
Medical Assistant Schools

Remington College medical assisting training consists of 8 months of instruction in the technical and administrative procedures necessary for an entry level position as a medical assistant. Graduates receive a diploma in Medical Assisting. The school has two campuses in Louisiana.

Remington College teaches students to process and code health care claims for insurance reimbursement in its eight month Medical Insurance and Coding diploma program. At the end of the program, students participate in an internship where they can practice their coding skills.
